We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for store credit. Return postage is yours to cover.

Your credit comes as a code, valid for 2 years, and works on anything in the store.

How to return

Returns go through Dropp. Register your return at dropp.is/voruskil, then drop your package at any Dropp location.

Items need to be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, your credit goes out by email.

Exchanges

Want a different piece instead? Let us know what you'd like to swap for when you register your return, and we'll set it aside for you. Email us at babushka@babushka.is if you'd like a hand.

Earrings

Earrings can be returned or exchanged under our standard policy, as long as they're unused and come back in their original condition and packaging. If earrings arrive faulty, that's handled separately under your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or it's not what you ordered, email us at babushka@babushka.is with your order number and a photo — ideally within 7 days so we can move fast. We'll sort it out and cover the return shipping. This doesn't limit your statutory right to complain about a faulty product, which lasts up to two years under Icelandic consumer law.

Your right to a refund

Under Icelandic distance-selling law you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to withdraw from your purchase and get your money back to the card you paid with. Fill out the form on this page, pick "Refund to my card", and we'll take it from there — or email us at babushka@babushka.is with your order number if you'd rather.

Return postage is yours to cover in that case. Register your return at dropp.is/voruskil, print the label they email you, and drop the parcel at any Dropp location. Original shipping isn't refunded.

From day 15 to day 30, returns are store credit or exchange.
